    • 109 active members (2 are new)
  • Education (April/Ginger)
    • The April clinic (04/26/25) is A Judges View at Graham Equestrian: registration link: https://forms.gle/2XUu3Dar1Fjotxpw7 
    • A second quarter mark clinic is set for 6/29/2025 at Willow View Farm.
    • We will increase promotion the April clinic
    • We are finalizing details for a David Ziegler clinic

• • Sponsorship (Holly) 
    • Holly shared this year’s sponsorship brochure
    • Adding fees to sponsorship amounts to cover the fees charged by PayPal or advising sponsors they can add the fee voluntarily so MCTA receives the full sponsorship amount
    • Sponsor recruiters from 2024 should contact them again this year
    • May 10 is the deadline for sponsors for the recognized HT
    • Confirm that Julie and Shari can help with the digital program
    • Confirmed the number of followers on various social media sites and the MCTA website
    • Sending a quarterly newsletter was suggested

  • Therapeutic Riding Flea Market is set for 03/23/25 at the Carroll county Ag Center; Ginger could represent MCTA
